Incident Manager, Network Operations Center — Mid Shift

Job overview

The Incident Manager role is onsite in Annapolis, MD, at $30–$35 per hour. The position supports a 24/7/365 network operations center monitoring network, messaging, and air-to-ground communications systems.

What you'll do

• Monitor the network management system and engage telecom providers to restore service
• maintain accurate incident records
• troubleshoot and resolve or escalate network and system issues
• oversee high-availability IP networks, messaging systems, and air-to-ground communications equipment
• respond to routine customer technical queries
• work with senior team members on more complex issues
• monitor system performance
• support deployment, configuration, and maintenance
• participate in network design and configuration
• and train across Transport, DataLink, and Applications NOC positions.
