What you'll do

• Perform assigned billing department functions and provide backup as needed
• calculate bills and process readings
• process payments and enter data
• answer phones and address customer inquiries
• maintain and balance a cash drawer
• participate in collections for past-due accounts
• process service applications and service orders
• enter meter reads and review customer usage
• travel and perform minimal work at branch locations as needed.
