What you'll do

• Manage consumer rights request workflows, including deletion, access, correction, and opt-out
• coordinate privacy requirements and scalable processes with Legal, Security, Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Support, and Commercial teams
• maintain data maps, inventories, flows, and documentation
• operationalize policies across services, partners, and jurisdictions
• drive privacy and data management implementation initiatives
• coordinate privacy risk assessments
• support data retention, deletion schedules, legal holds, and records of processing
• partner with Security and IT on audits, access reviews, incident readiness, account takeover prevention, fraud signals, and personal information protection
• report program metrics, service levels, dashboards, and escalations.
