Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is onsite in Rome, NY, with compensation of $50 per hour. Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center is a 120-bed facility focused on skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and personalized resident care. The supervisor oversees nursing department operations and staffing to meet resident needs, while coordinating unit activities, directing staff, responding to clinical changes, and supporting safe, consistent care in collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Organize, oversee, and supervise assigned unit activities and staff assignments
• respond to resident needs
• monitor and document vital signs, treatments, and responses
• administer medications and treatments as needed
• communicate care plans and concerns to appropriate people
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians
• assess residents after incidents or changes in condition
• lead emergency responses
• and maintain nursing reports, staffing sheets, and census rosters.
