What you'll do

• Perform one or more handyman services, including general property repairs, plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs where legally permitted, drywall repair and painting, door and window repairs, carpentry, furniture assembly, fixture installation, caulking and grouting, flooring repairs, appliance installation and basic maintenance, and general property maintenance
• bring own tools and equipment
• travel within a 50-mile radius
• follow safety expectations.
