Insurance Property Inspector

Job overview

The Insurance Property Inspector role is hybrid, based in Jamaica, VT, with field inspections and remote administrative work. Pay is $20–$28 per billable hour. The work includes inspecting homes and businesses, documenting conditions and potential hazards, and preparing thorough survey reports from a home-based workspace.

What you'll do

• Conduct onsite inspections of homes and businesses

• identify potential hazards or concerns
• compile underwriting survey reports
• manage assigned territory and schedule
• submit reports in a timely manner
• travel throughout the assigned territory.
