What you'll do

• Advise clients on government contracts and regulatory compliance
• support mergers, acquisitions, and structured investments, including due diligence and risk assessment
• counsel on DCSA facility clearances and FOCI analyses
• advise on federal procurement programs, intellectual property rights, and cybersecurity compliance
• draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements
• manage complex matters and deadlines.
