What you'll do

• Advance projects through procurement, fabrication, installation, and closeout
• maintain Gantt-style schedules and critical paths
• manage contracts, lien waivers, and warranty letters
• track change orders
• coordinate client submittals and approvals
• manage fabrication files, purchase orders, and field-crew travel logistics
• escalate delays and missing deliverables.
