The Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Driver Trainer is a part-time, onsite position in Winnsboro, SC, scheduled for weekends. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The trainer teaches students the knowledge and practical driving skills needed to pursue a Commercial Driver’s License. The role contributes to student progress through classroom instruction, vehicle demonstrations, skills assessments, and accurate records of attendance and performance.

What you'll do

• Train students in trucking and driving
• administer written tests and evaluate grades
• conduct pre-trip inspections
• teach air-brake tests, backing, alley docking, and parallel parking
• assess student skills
• maintain student progress, performance, and attendance records
• promote a safe learning environment and follow applicable policies and regulations.
