What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day Academy program operations in the correctional facility
• deliver classroom-based curriculum using transformational teaching methods and provide case-planning and case-management support
• recruit, interview, and select participants and volunteers
• coordinate with correctional staff to comply with Department of Corrections policies
• partner with wardens and staff on program needs and activities
• maintain relationships with volunteers and stakeholders.

Why this role
