Hours: Full Time, 1 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week. Relocation assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. The Team Manager owns and leads the Nurse Family Partnership program. Focus is on daily operations and coordination of nursing team activities to provide comprehensive nursing services to women and their families enrolled in the NFP
