Materials and Logistics Coordinator

The Materials and Logistics Coordinator role is primarily onsite at the local office and nearby storage facility in York, PA. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The role supports Five Star Bath Solutions of Southern Pennsylvania’s bathroom remodeling installation teams by keeping project materials organized and ready. The coordinator manages purchasing, receiving, inventory, and movement of materials used in remodeling projects. By verifying deliveries, following up with suppliers, organizing storage, and coordinating with the Production Manager, the role helps ensure materials are available for scheduled installations.

What you'll do

• Order project materials from established suppliers using company systems and project specifications
• receive and inspect deliveries at the York office
• track orders and follow up with suppliers about delivery dates, shortages, and discrepancies
• transport materials between the office, storage facility, and local suppliers as needed
• organize and maintain storage, inventory, and installation staging
• coordinate material readiness with the Production Manager.

Why this role
