What you'll do

• Keep the building, sidewalks, driveways, and play areas neat and clean
• regulate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for seasonal comfort and economical use
• check exit doors and panic bolts daily during building occupancy
• sweep classrooms and dust furniture
• clean corridors, restrooms, sanitary fixtures, and drinking fountains
• wash windows at least twice yearly or as needed
• keep grounds free of rubbish
• clean chalkboards weekly
• report major repairs to the Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Manager.
