Kitting Operations Lead

The Kitting Operations Lead role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Pay is $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience. Snow & Company builds and repairs commercial vessels, including boats for fishing, government, tugboat, and aquaculture customers.

What you'll do

• Lead kitting for outfitting, mechanical, and electrical production
• review schedules, work orders, drawings, and bills of material
• prepare and verify kits
• coordinate shortages and material readiness with purchasing, inventory, and production
• manage returns and reconciliation
• support inventory accuracy and process improvements
• and maintain organized staging areas.

Why this role
