What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the U.S. commercial legal team
- oversee and negotiate complex commercial transactions
- partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT/Security, and Product
- scale contracting infrastructure and optimize legal technology
- advise executives on contract terms, risk, regulatory changes, and negotiation strategy
- and partner with specialized legal functions on product counsel, privacy, and global expansion.
