The Lead Dentist — Clinical Excellence role is onsite in the St. Louis, MO market. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 in salary plus bonus. Enable Dental brings mobile and portable dental care to PACE participants, nursing and assisted living residents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The dentist provides direct care while leading and developing the market’s clinical team. The role supports consistent, high-quality care through clinical guidance, chart audits, mentoring, team development, and coordination with operational and facility partners.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, surgical, emergency, and prosthetic care
• serve as a clinical resource for dentists and hygienists
• conduct chart audits
• mentor and coach clinicians
• participate in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• partner with clinical managers on scheduling, equipment, supplies, and operations
• represent the organization with facility and PACE partners.
