Service Manager (Maintenance)

The Service Manager (Maintenance) role is onsite at Crestone at Shadow Mountain in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. Mission Rock Residential manages the property and supports its residents and communities. The role oversees day-to-day property maintenance to keep the physical property aligned with company standards and applicable laws. It coordinates and supervises maintenance work, supports repairs and inspections, and manages vendor relationships and unit turns; after-hours emergency response is part of a rotating on-call schedule.

What you'll do

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance
• coordinate property maintenance operations
• direct, assign, and review maintenance team work
• train and coach team members
• participate in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior, and appliance issues as applicable
• inspect the property and maintain cleanliness
• manage vendor and contractor relationships and quality control
• complete unit turns
• respond to after-hours on-call emergencies on a rotation basis.
