What you'll do

• Install, configure, upgrade, and restore PCs
• configure and service mobile devices
• troubleshoot computer problems
• provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and systems
• respond to customer queries in person, by phone, and by email
• run diagnostics
• install, modify, and repair hardware and software
• analyze onsite hardware, software, and network issues with the IT team or vendors
• install peripherals
• follow up on resolutions
• maintain computer and accessory inventory
• secure IT room equipment
• and document incidents.
