This role supports the resident services team at Vi at Lakeside Village by managing programs that enrich the lives of senior residents. This role exists to oversee the Lifestyle department, including transportation, fitness, and coordination with spa/salon operators. The director is responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing programs that address the vocational, emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the senior population.
