What you'll do

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions
• administer sales policies ethically and professionally
• train, evaluate, and monitor direct reports
• participate in daily sales meetings
• collaborate with the Site Trainer on initial and ongoing training
• recruit future sales associates
• maintain production standards. Group sales presentations may be assigned.

Why this role

Requires a successful track record of Travel + Leisure sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid Florida Real Estate License is required or the willingness to obtain one; Presidents Club recognition and sales-team management experience are preferred.
