The Baker — Full-Time and Part-Time role is onsite at Florida Atlantic University in Jupiter, FL. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. Production records, supply monitoring, and customer service help meet daily production and service needs.

What you'll do

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to production and catering sheets
• assist with production planning
• follow approved recipes and production standards
• complete production records and track waste, portions, and shortages
• maintain food presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
• maintain sanitation and orderliness
• handle food safely
• clean equipment and workstations
• respond to customer concerns
• complete assigned shift work.
