Occupational Therapist (Pediatric Clinic)

Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with children’s IEPs or medical plans. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, ongoing assessments, and annual/triennial reviews. Maintain timely and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and client progress. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations.
