Assistant Food Service Director

What you'll do

• Guide, train, and manage the facility food service operation
• hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members when applicable
• communicate with clients
• oversee food quantities prepared and served according to facility plans
• maintain inventory and planned menu schedules
• ensure proper food storage
• maintain serving schedules
• maintain sanitary conditions under food service and Health Department codes
• support state or other inspections.

Why this role

Requires two years of food-service management or supervisory experience, three years of food-service experience, and ServSafe certification; prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.
