Lead Carpenter — Remodeling and Construction

The Lead Carpenter role is onsite in Papillion, NE, with pay of $28–$35 per hour. DeLoa & Sons Construction is a family-owned general contractor serving the Omaha metro area with residential and commercial remodeling and construction projects. Working under the Project Manager, the Lead Carpenter directs day-to-day jobsite work while working alongside crew members. The role completes varied carpentry and remodeling tasks, coordinates materials and daily work, and communicates progress and issues to help keep projects on schedule and meet quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside a General Laborer
• complete work directed by the Project Manager
• perform framing, finish carpentry, flooring, window and door installation, siding, deck construction, tile, and light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
• review plans and scope
• organize jobsite tasks and materials
• maintain workmanship and site cleanliness
• communicate progress and issues.
