What you'll do

• Partner with senior and operational leaders to identify training needs
• support system implementations, process and product changes, and regulatory initiatives
• govern training content
• lead training strategy and delivery across technical, lending, contact center, service center, and operational areas
• develop training frameworks and measures
• lead and coach training teams
• support employee adoption through organizational change.
