The Manufacturing Technical Supervisor – Off Shift role is onsite at the Bradenton, FL plant. Pay is $100,000–$120,000 per year. A $5,000 signing bonus is available. The role supports Tropicana Brands Group’s beverage production operations. The supervisor provides technical leadership during off-shift plant operations, coordinating production supervisors and support personnel to address safety, breakdowns, and production priorities. The role also develops team capabilities and drives continuous improvement and equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and technical support to production supervisors and support personnel
• troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and coordinate external technical support when needed
• communicate shift events and priorities
• coordinate cross-functional teams on production and technical issues
• promote root-cause analysis and actionable countermeasures
• develop technical capabilities
• prioritize support resources
• support equipment-reliability initiatives
• use visual factory concepts and the CMMS
• coach front-line personnel
• support safety, quality, compliance, and emergency response.
