Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general building maintenance, including light carpentry, minor electrical work, light plumbing, and basic repairs
• inspect facility systems and emergency equipment
• coordinate outside vendors or contractors when required
• support facility projects, office moves, and workstation setups
• maintain doors, locks, signage, and common-area equipment
• perform light groundskeeping as needed
• maintain inspection logs and compliance records
• monitor cleanliness and coordinate cleaning services
• support emergency preparedness and fire-safety checks
• report improvement opportunities to Facilities leadership.

Why this role
