The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Melissa, TX. Pay starts at $50.00 per hour. The position supports students and school teams through Candor Consulting & Diagnostics’ educational behavior services. The analyst assesses behavioral needs and develops individualized, evidence-based strategies that support learning, communication, self-regulation, and independence. By monitoring progress, coaching educators and families, and coordinating behavioral supports with student education plans, the role helps school teams provide consistent, practical support.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments using observations, interviews, and data
• develop individualized behavior intervention and skill-development plans
• monitor student progress, evaluate intervention effectiveness, maintain documentation, and collaborate on adjustments
• coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on strategies for use across educational settings and routines
• supervise Registered Behavior Technicians when assigned, in accordance with BACB requirements
• participate in ARD meetings and coordinate behavioral supports with students’ IEPs.
