Driver (PRN/On-Call)

The Driver (PRN/On-Call) role is onsite in Falls Church, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and occasional weekends. Pay is $22 per hour. Goodwin Living is a nonprofit senior living and healthcare organization focused on supporting, honoring, and uplifting older adults and the people who care for them. The driver provides safe, courteous transportation for residents, guests, and team members to medical appointments, social events, and private trips. The role also supports reliable transportation operations through vehicle inspections, cleanliness, passenger assistance, and prompt reporting of issues.

What you'll do

• Transport residents to medical appointments, social events, and private trips safely and on time
• inspect vehicles daily and complete inspection reports
• keep vehicles clean
• report damage, traffic violations, and other problems to the Transportation Manager
• assist passengers with doors and loading and unloading
• follow traffic laws
• report changes in driving record. Must be willing to work at each campus as needed and maintain a current CPR license.

Why this role
