What you'll do

• Develop varied rotating menus
• order food and preparation supplies
• hire, train, schedule, and appraise department staff
• participate in budget development and adhere to the budget
• ensure food-safety and regulatory compliance
• monitor resident weights and participate in the weight committee
• attend meetings, QAPI committee, and care conferences
• complete MDS assessments accurately and on time
• communicate with nursing-home staff.
