What you'll do

• Assist with developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• serve as liaison among administration, nursing management, and staff
• supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit
• monitor staff and provide feedback, evaluations, counseling, and discipline
• assume patient care as needed and build relationships with patients to understand their recovery needs.
