Project Coordinator

Job overview

The Project Coordinator role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with stated pay of $30–$40 per hour. The coordinator supports branch Project Managers and the Operations/Installation Manager with administrative, project coordination, and implementation work. The role contributes to project execution by tracking deliverables, coordinating meetings and documents, and facilitating workflow across clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Follow up with clients, vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• assist with permitting
• create purchase order requests and subcontractor work orders
• audit sales orders
• track budgets
• schedule meetings and document action items
• track work plans and deliverables
• process shipping and receiving
• enter project data into the ERP platform
• coordinate proposal documents.
