What you'll do

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other scheduled destinations
• plan and confirm appointments and transportation
• communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff
• assist residents boarding and exiting
• maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
• document appointments, schedules, and resident needs.
