What you'll do

• Provide clinical and casework supervision to four Master’s-level case planners
• guide workload prioritization
• ensure accurate and timely documentation
• support planning and management of monthly parent and youth groups
• assist with outreach and referral relationships
• accompany staff on field activities as needed
• provide staff coverage as needed
• monitor service quality and compliance
• coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers
• coach staff
• participate in meetings, case conferences, and program planning
• help resolve complex cases and operational challenges.
