The pharmacist leads daily pharmacy operations, supports the pharmacy team, oversees dispensing and quality assurance, and maintains regulatory compliance. The role helps ensure safe, reliable medication services for the pharmacy’s care-focused client population and healthcare partners.

What you'll do

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• hire, train, and support the pharmacy team
• oversee medication dispensing, verification, and quality assurance
• maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• oversee inventory and controlled substances
• work with prescribers, nurses, caregivers, and healthcare partners
