What you'll do

• Inspect the property and pick up litter
• maintain the management office, landscaping, common areas, breezeways, and dumpster areas
• replace common-area light bulbs and window screens upon request
• assist with apartment make-readies
• clean vents and replace filters
• install, move, and connect appliances
• perform light painting
• assist service technicians as needed
• deliver notices and flyers
• support maintenance of exterior lighting, gutters, roofs, roadways, pools, and other property areas
• attend instructional classes.
