What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and fire menu items according to recipes and plating guides
• set up, stock, and clean the service line
• assist with line breakdown and station cleaning
• follow health and sanitation codes
• monitor and log equipment temperatures
• inspect, label, and rotate ingredients using FIFO
• track stock levels
• coordinate with prep cooks, dishwashers, and front-of-house staff.
