What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services with daily nursing operations
• maintain and update nursing policies and procedures
• ensure staff follow procedures
• report operational issues and recommend revisions
• coordinate nursing services with other resident services
• participate in quality assurance and facility surveys
• support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• ensure adequate licensed nurse and CNA coverage
• make rounds
• monitor resident status and staff assignments
• and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
