What you'll do

• Ensure center activities comply with donor center operating procedures, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
• direct special donor programs with the Center Director
• supervise employees and quality assurance procedures
• train staff
• promote professional donor service
• identify quality or compliance problems
• perform opening and closing duties
• manage reception flow and center records
• respond to alarms
• support hiring and scheduling
• maintain operations under GMP and quality programs
• oversee reactive unit test results and disposition paperwork.
