Teachers are responsible for delivering rigorous instruction, managing a classroom of 25+ students, and building strong, trusting relationships with scholars and their families to ensure student success.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to strengthen instruction
• serve as an ambassador of SA’s Adult Winning Culture
• engage and invest families in student academic growth
• build a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations
• study curriculum and learning goals
• deliver rigorous instruction
• evaluate student work and assessment data
• manage a classroom of 25+ students
• enforce routines and expectations.
