What you'll do

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, journal entries, and monthly and quarterly statements
• support monthly close and annual audit preparation
• reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts
• prepare federal, state, local, and special tax returns, including sales and use tax returns
• support accounting-system improvements
• assist with budgets and physical inventory
• prepare machine sales billing documentation
• maintain accurate balance sheets and ledger accounts.
