The Manager, Creative & Design role is onsite in Arlington, VA. The salary range is $85,522–$97,282 per year, based on experience. The role supports [solidcore]’s Content and Brand Marketing teams and reports to the Director of Content. The manager leads creative execution and visual identity across channels, connecting content strategy with design delivery. The role builds scalable processes, guides cross-functional creative work, and manages and mentors the Coordinator, Creative & Design to support consistent, effective brand communications.

What you'll do

• Lead design execution from brief through delivery across social, email, digital ads, print, studio signage, website, activation materials, and presentations
• own and evolve visual identity and brand standards
• develop scalable design processes
• support content strategy and integrated content planning
• research content formats and visual trends
• establish production and approval practices
• manage creative requests and workflows
• lead creative reviews with stakeholders
• manage and mentor the Coordinator, Creative & Design
• explore technology solutions, including AI tools, with the Director.
