Home Health Aide

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• assist with transfers, ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion procedures as ordered and when qualified
• do patient laundry
• follow safety practices and the care plan
• communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the office
• document condition and report changes to the assigned nurse supervisor.
