What you'll do

• Track ingredient inventory and report levels
• prepare vegetables, side dishes, sauces, dressings, and other items
• determine daily par levels and prepare prep lists
• prepare menu items to company quality standards
• sanitize prep areas and clean knives and equipment
• receive and store purchase orders
• coordinate side dishes with wait staff
• assist teammates with station duties and side work.
