What you'll do

• Perform basic painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, and spa repairs
• troubleshoot company machinery and appliances
• note maintenance needs while walking the property
• respond to guest-room and maintenance calls
• keep storage areas neat
• participate in inventory control.
