What you'll do

• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and analysis of utility inverters in the field, by email, telephone, and site visits
• perform maintenance according to product manuals and customer contracts
• develop product and accessory knowledge
• maintain spare-parts inventory
• support customer satisfaction and cost-effective field service. Significant regional travel and occasional travel elsewhere in the United States are required.
