The Senior Manager, Applied AI Engineering is a remote role open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Compensation is $177,000–$226,000 per year. Ceribell develops point-of-care EEG technology to support diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions. The role owns AI engineering projects from problem definition through production deployment, building scalable infrastructure and processes while translating business needs into technical plans. It also supports company-wide AI adoption and coordinates work across engineering, commercial, clinical, finance, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Own AI engineering projects from requirements through architecture, development oversight, and production deployment
• design GCP infrastructure
• translate business requirements into technical specifications
• lead AI infrastructure rollout and upskilling initiatives
• develop PRDs, architecture documents, and project scopes
• forecast timelines and resources
• direct and review external contractors
• develop scalable documentation and operational foundations.
