The Material Handler role is onsite in Savannah, GA, with compensation of $21 per hour and 40 hours per week guaranteed. The role supports Interglass’s warehouse and logistics operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and supporting safe truck-court loading and unloading. The handler moves and stages materials, prepares customer orders, records inventory activity in the ERP system, verifies quantities and condition, and reports discrepancies. When trained and authorized, the role also operates yard equipment and helps maintain safe, organized work areas.

What you'll do

• Read orders and requisitions to determine materials to move
• convey, sort, and store materials
• pull customer orders and move them to packing or shipping areas
• cut glass, mirror lites, and aluminum extrusions to customer specifications
• process receiving transactions and print invoices and shipping labels
• record inventory activity in the ERP system
• verify quantities, dimensions, and condition
• report discrepancies, damage, or shortages
• participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
• operate yard equipment when trained and authorized
• report incidents and maintain clean, organized work areas
• build or repair wood pallets as needed.
