What you'll do

• Direct and oversee the accounting system and financial operations.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reviews.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in hospital Governing Body committees.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with Medicare regulations.
