The role helps ensure maintenance follows approved technical data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements, and coordinates with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Materials to maintain workflow.

What you'll do

• Perform and lead assigned engine and component maintenance
• coordinate daily technician assignments
• review work packages and technical data
• monitor progress and communicate delays or discrepancies
• ensure tools, materials, and instructions are available
• guide and mentor technicians
• support accurate maintenance records, inspections, tool control, traceability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant turbine engine maintenance, repair, or overhaul experience. Lead technician experience and an FAA Mechanic Certificate with Powerplant rating are preferred. Overtime, different shifts, and weekends may be required as business needs require.
